The event will address the common issue of procrastination among PhD students and provide practical techniques to overcome it. Attendees will gain insights into identifying procrastination triggers and implementing time management strategies to stay on track.

Speaker Bio

Dr. Kimberly Duong, PhD is a civil engineer, project manager, and a productivity / career coach for PhD students. With 10+ years of project management, leadership, STEM outreach, and mentorship experience in academia, government, nonprofits, and entrepreneurship, Kimberly’s diverse background has taken her to places like Melbourne, Australia for wetlands field work and Washington, DC for science policy. Kimberly received her MS and PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UC Irvine and her B.S. in Atmospheric Sciences from UCLA. To learn more, visit itscoachkimberly.com.
