Life Beyond the PhD
Showcases various STEM workforce careers and “N of 1” journeys. These fire-side style chats are intended to be informal and casual so that current graduate students (PhDs and Postdoctoral Trainees) can explore various careers, identify critical skills required to succeed, and connect to the industries of their interest.
Career and Networking Nights
Panel discussion and networking reception with multiple experts in the field. Learn about societies and groups to join to get involved and how to build a portfolio to transition into similar careers.
Flipped Classroom: Career Exploration
An 8-week course that introduces tools and resources for career exploration. You’ll learn about and conduct informational interviews, and build community with other career-exploring PhDs.
Peer Mentoring Series
This series features panel sessions and discussion groups led by GPS-BIOMED grad students and postdocs who are excited to share their experiences.
