The GPS-STEM mentorship program is a program that exclusively connects GPS-STEM’s PhDs and Postdocs with other graduate level STEM workforce individuals. Mentee Expectations 

Attend 4 meetings + provide program feedback (survey)

1. Orientation (45 mins – best practices to engage and recording 30-60 s intro video)

2. Mixer (60-90 mins – meet mentors)

3. Meeting #1 with mentor (30-45 mins – informational interview, find out about their day to day and key skills you need)

4. Meeting #2 with mentor (30-45 mins – get feedback on your resume, CV/cover letters and practice your transition out (i.e. interviewing etc)
